Two weeks into the #31DaysLWSZ Challenge, I felt stuck in a rut of daily tasks I struggled to complete successfully. I had a choice: Get bogged down in dwelling on the details of the challenge, or see the bigger picture of how I'm reaching a goal of more conscientious spending.

When asked to reflect on the first week of 31 Days of Living Well and Spending Zero, I realized that for me it's as much a parenting challenge as it is a no-spending challenge. I'm afraid I spoil my kid, and I need to stop.
We've made it through the first four days of the 31 Days of Living Well and Spending Zero Challenge. While we breezed through Day's 2's inventory duty, I was challenged by menu planning and the other members of my family were surprised by all of the "No" decisions at the grocery store.
We've begun Frugal Living Boot Camp! Our household is making a commitment to changing our spending habits with the 31 Days of Living Well & Spending Zero Challenge, and we've already realized it's going to take some big changes.
